Development Solutions was formed in 2011 to offer a wider range of clients the skills,
knowledge and expertise that founder, Philip Harcourt MRICS FNZIV FPINZ, gained over more than 30 years in the development sector worldwide.
Philip’s skills are targeted at providing a specialist development service, delivering high-level strategic advice on development projects throughout the UK and abroad.
Philip is an experienced property professional with extensive and varied involvement in the real estate business in the UK and overseas, where he has been involved in a diverse range of development and investment projects, both as a principal and a consultant.
He brings a wealth of experience in the acquisition and disposal, investment in and development of large-scale mixed use and residential development sites, both green field and brown field, on a global scale.
Philip is an acknowledged expert in development matters, and is frequently called upon to write and present academic papers on development topics internationally and to act as an expert in his field.
Philip’s knowledge and experience in all aspects of the property life cycle is a major commercial asset for the company and its clients, offering services, including identification, acquisition, legal, financing, design, contract, delivery, letting, disposal and funding of real estate property and projects.
